IP activation

IP activation makes it possible to give entire departments, companies or campuses access to our platform. This access type is preferred, in particular, by our corporate customers and licensed educational institutions.

In order for you to be able to make use of this activation method, a one-off setup by the Statista Customer Service is necessary. The technical requirement is that your company uses one or multiple static IP address ranges.

As long as you are on your company’s premises following the setup of the IP activation, you will be automatically logged into your organization’s account upon opening the Statista platform.

PLEASE NOTE: The activation of the IP addresses is limited to the locations specified in the contract. You can find more information about the licensed locations in your account order confirmation.
