Your access to Statista
Cancellation of a Starter Account
If you want to cancel the subscription of your Starter Account, please follow these steps:
When logged in, please click on the My Account-Button in the navigation bar and choose Account Details.
Now click on the Cancel Account link.
Upon clicking the link, a predefined message will open in your email client. Please include your User ID and the reason for cancellation in this message before sending it. You can find your User ID in your account details. Our customer service will then be notified, and you will receive an email confirming your cancelation.
1 - Open your Account-Details
When logged in, please click on the My Account-Button in the navigation bar and choose Account Details.
2 - Canceling your Account
Now click on the Cancel Account link.
3 - Sending the Cancellation Email
Upon clicking the link, a predefined message will open in your email client. Please include your User ID and the reason for cancellation in this message before sending it. You can find your User ID in your account details. Our customer service will then be notified, and you will receive an email confirming your cancelation.
