During a survey carried out in late 2022, 95 percent of responding full-time marketing and customer experience leaders from Germany whose businesses used customer data platforms reported positive results of using said platforms. More than 40 percent of respondents said they had already gained more direct relationships with customers and a third stated they noted a rise in customer loyalty.
