Factors SMBs focused on while hiring a social media agency U.S. & Canada 2022
During a survey of small businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. and Canada in 2022, around one-quarter of the respondents mentioned considering an agency's years of experience before hiring it for social media marketing activities. A little over 20 percent of SMBs focused on affordable pricing, while 15 percent followed recommendations from colleagues, friends, or family members.
