Satisfaction with primary bank in Spain 2019-2023, by quarter
Customer satisfaction with primary banks in Spain remained relatively stable between 2019 and 2023. According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who were satisfied with their primary banks was 73 percent in the fourth quarter of 2023, one percentage point lower than a year ago. Customer satisfaction was the highest in the second half of 2019 and the first half of 2020. Though satisfaction did not decrease, the share of customers willing to change primary banks rose during the same period.
