According to a survey carried out in the second quarter of 2022 among consumers in the United States, six percent of Gen Z adults considered themselves vegetarian, while four percent stated they were vegan. On the other hand, among Baby boomers, only two percent said they followed a vegetarian diet, and one percent considered themselves vegan.
