According to a survey conducted in South Korea in December of 2021, 62 percent of respondents who maintained a vegetarian diet answered that they intended to continue with their plant-based diet. According to the source, women in their 40s showed a relatively high level of satisfaction and willingness to continue with their vegetarian diet.
