During a survey published in September 2021 and conducted among ad buyers in the United States, 58 percent of respondents said they planned to increase spending on data-driven linear (DDL) TV over the next 12 months. Increased spending on over-the-top (OTT) and connected TV (CTV) was planned by 53 percent of respondents, while 50 percent said they were expecting to increase spending on addressable linear TV.
