This statistic displays the results of a survey on the preferred pancake toppings of adults in Great Britain in 2017. The survey was carried out in the middle of February of 2017. It was found that a share of 56 percent of all respondents stated that they like lemon as a topping on their pancake. Sugar was the second most commonly named topping with 54 percent of respondents identifying it as a topping they like.
