The statistic displays the results of a survey of the share of people who have ever smoked an e-cigarette in Belgium from 2014 to 2022. The survey results show that e-cigarette use in Belgium grew steadily between 2014 and 2022. In 2014, eight percent of people surveyed indicated that they smoked or had smoked an e-cigarette in the past, while as of 2022 this figure had increased to approximately 27 percent.

The survey question was as follows: "Welke situatie is het best toepasbaar op u? De antwoorden hier slaan op het gebruik van de elektronische sigaret."
The figures have been taken from several publications. 2013-2018 surveys were done by GfK.
