Rate of inflation for alcohol and tobacco in Belgium 2018-2023

From January 2018 to October 2023, the inflation rate of consumer prices for alcohol and tobacco products in Belgium ranged from one percent to ten percent. During the coronavirus pandemic in Belgium, the inflation rate for such products increased by over three percent. In October of 2023, the inflation rate reached 5.79 percent

The inflation rate of a certain product is defined as the evolution of its consumer price for one month and its consumer price for the following month. In other words, inflation measures the speed at which consumer prices evolve.
