An increase in the energy costs was the main risk of switching energy suppliers perceived by British consumers, according to a survey carried out at the end of 2022. This risk was mentioned by 37 percent of survey respondents. Meanwhile, almost 50 percent of the respondents did not think another energy supplier could offer cheaper deals.
