Subscriber losses for selected cable companies in the U.S. 2023
According to the source, Comcast lost over two million subscribers in the United States in 2023, and DISH TV lost 945,000. Cable TV providers continue to find it difficult to retain their subscribers as consumers turn to video streaming, although some struggle more than others. Whilst Cable One lost about 39,000 subscribers, DIRECTV suffered a loss of 1.8 million.
