This statistic displays various attitudes towards sugar and artificial sweeteners in Canada in 2017. Some 77 percent of respondents agreed that it was fine to eat sugar as an occasional treat and 45 percent of respondents believed that it is best to avoid food and drinks containing artificial sweeteners.
