U.S. maple syrup production 2012-2023
The amount of maple syrup produced in the U.S. has generally increased since 2012. In 2012, less than two million gallons of maple syrup were produced. Over the next ten years, production grew to reach almost five million gallons in 2022, before dropping down to about 4.2 million gallons in 2023.
