This barometer presents the evolution of organic product consumption habits in France from 2010 to 2022. In over a decade, organic products have gradually become part of French consumers' habits.
While in 2010, 35 percent of respondents said they never ate organic food, in 2021, the share of people doing so had fallen to nine percent. Additionally, the share of daily consumers also increased, going from 6 percent in 2010 to 15 percent in 2021.
However, 2022 is seeing a different trend emerging.

2020 = 2,100 respondents
Data from 2010 to 2015 have been previously published by the source.
For the data from 2010 to 2012, the data collection method used by the source was face-to-face survey.
