How often U.S. consumers are purchasing organic food 2022-2023
From the fourth quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2023, it was most common for U.S. consumers to only occasionally purchase organic food. During this time period over 40 percent reported purchasing organic sometimes, but not often. 21 to 22 percent reported purchasing organic if it was convenient.
