Italy: preferred channels for checking bank balances 2017, by type
This statistic displays the results of a survey during which individuals with at least one online bank accounts were asked to indicate their preferred channel for checking the bank balance in Italy as of November 2017. It was found that 57 percent of the respondents looked at their balances via web, while 34 percent of them preferred checking their bank accounts through a mobile device. Only four percent of Italians used bank branches to check their balance.
