Number of mobile-only bank customers in Poland 2021-2023, by bank
The popularity of banking applications in the Polish market has led to a situation where they have become the only means of communication between customers and their bank or maintaining a bank account. In the fourth quarter of 2023, PKO BP had the largest number of clients - over 4.1 million, followed by ING Bank Slaski and mBank.
