Trend in budget changes at academic libraries in the U.S. in 2016
This statistic shows the responses of academic library deans and directors in the United States on ongoing budget trends in their libraries in 2016. In 2016, 39.5 percent of academic library deans and directors stated that their library was increasing the share of staffing and budget devoted to developing and improving services that support teaching, learning, and/or research.
