Share of college-bound students who preferred various information sources U.S. 2023
According to a survey conducted in 2023, 52 percent of college-bound students preferred advice from their school or college counselor to help them gain information on colleges in the United States. In comparison, 43 percent reported that they prefer advice from friends and family when researching colleges.
