Main reasons why U.S. consumers disliked shopping online 2021
During a 2021 survey, more than 2,500 U.S. consumers were asked what they disliked about shopping online. The most frequently stated reason was the inability to see the product in person, selected by 44 percent of respondents. In addition, not being able to try on what they liked before purchase was the second most cited reason, with 39 percent of consumers surveyed in the North American country expressing this discontent.
