United Kingdom (UK): food products thrown away because past expiry date in 2016

This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked which food products they have thrown away in the last week because they were past their expiry date in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016. A majority of 21 percent of respondents have thrown away a bakery item that has gone off, followed by 12 percent who have thrown yoghurt away.
