Time spent on social media daily in Finland 2019
Based on survey results from 2019, 70 percent of Finnish people spent less than one hour a day on using social media. The share of respondents who spent one to two hours on social media amounted to 23 percent, which was an increase of over ten percent from the previous year. At the same time, around seven percent spent more than two hours on social media on an average day.
According to the same survey, the duration of daily social media usage was the longest among younger generations.
