Share of internet users in Italy 2015-2022, by geographical area
In 2022, the northern part of Italy had the highest percentage of internet users with approximately 81.5 percent of people using the internet. The southern regions in the country reported lower numbers of internet users than the rest of the other Italian geographical areas, with roughly 74 percent of internet users during the examined year.
