International recruitment firms focus on passive candidate recruitment 2015
The statistic shows the share of international search and staffing and recruitment decision makers, by their organizations focus on reaching out to and recruiting passive candidates in 2015. During the survey, 83 percent of respondents indicated that reaching out to passive candidate was to some extent or very much a focus of their organization.
