Employers targeting only citizen candidates via social media U.S. 2019, by ethnicity
The statistic presents information on perceptions on employer usage of social media advertising to target only candidates who are U.S. citizens according to adults in the United States as of April 2019, by ethnicity. The survey results show, that 40 percent of Hispanic respondents were of the belief that it was inappropriate for employers to use social media ads to target only candidates who were U.S. citizens, while 36 percent said it was an appropriate course of action.
