This statistic depicts the share of UK consumers who have ever posed a question (enquiry or complaint) to a retail brand on a social media platform, by age, as of 2015. The majority of respondents across all age groups had never posed a question to a brand on a social media platform. This was particularly true of older generations, with only 9.5 percent of respondents aged 55 and over having ever sent an enquiry or a complaint to a retail brand via social media.
