After the lockdown in France in May 2020, the hierarchy of the most specialized retailer brands had the most drastic change in terms of mentions, compared to other sectors studied by the source. The brand that made the biggest buzz on social media was Zara with around 86 percent of mentions on social media. The source pressed that most mentions were negative, talking about the long queues in front of stores.
