In 2021, China exported 66.9 million tons of steel products, an increase of 24.6 percent compared to 2020. In the past decade, China's steel exports have continued to grow annually, from 49 million tons in 2011 to 112 million tons in 2015, before declining steadily to 54 million tons in 2020.
