Arts and culture: digital participation in England 2011-2019

This statistic presents the proportion of adults who digitally participated in culture in the last year in England, between 2011 and 2019. Digital participation refers to the usage of websites related to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in England, which includes arts, museum, archives and heritage sites. In 2018/19, participation declined somewhat, with 30.2 percent of respondents having digitally engaged with culture in the 12 months prior to being surveyed.
