North America: smartphone shopping channels 2014
This statistic presents the share of smartphone shoppers in North America who have used various mobile shopping channels as of November 2014. During the survey period, it was found that 72 percent of U.S. smartphone shoppers had purchased goods or services through an app in the preceding 12 months.
