This statistic presents information on the most popular online retail product research channels amongst U.S. mobile users. During the June 2014 survey it was found that seven percent of respondents used retailer's mobile site as their first choice. The majority of respondents still preferred retailer's regular, non-mobile optimized websites for product research.
