This statistic shows the share of consumers who have ever used social media to air frustration with an organisation in the United Kingdom in 2013, by age group. According to the survey, 36 percent of respondents aged 16 to 24 have used a social networking site to express their frustration with an organisation, compared to only 4 percent of those aged 55 or over.
