This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted by the United Soybean Board among 1,000 consumers 18 years of age or older in the United States from 2010 to 2019. Respondents were asked how often they eat soyfoods or drink soy beverages. In 2019, the share of respondents answering "once or more a week" was 35 percent, up from 24 percent in 2010.
