This statistic shows the share of respondents to a consumer survey, who agree with the statement "food produced locally results in higher quality products" in Great Britain from 2005 to 2017. According to the survey, conducted biennially for Bord Bia Irish Food Board, consumers perceptions have changed somewhat. In 2017, approximately 45 percent of respondents agreed to some extent that locally produced food is of higher quality, compared to 59 percent in 2017.
