Of respondents, 39 percent had purchased a Müller dessert in the 4 weeks prior to survey, ranking it as one of the most popular chilled dessert brand during that period.

* Besides the quantitative research method (online questionnaire, 522 respondents), additional qualitative research was conducted in April and May 2014. This comprised of an online forum (April 14 to 18, 2014, with 25 respondents per region aged 25-55) and three accompanied shops per region (accompanying consumers on weekly shopping trips, followed by a face-to-face interview).
