Usage change on WeChat Official Account in China 2024
The user engagement of WeChat Official Accounts has reached the plateau. A 2024 survey conducted in China discovered that only 38 percent of its users spent more time on browsing the verified business and organization accounts on WeChat than a year ago, the lowest compared to other social media asked in the survey. More than half of the surveyed WeChat Official Account users indicated that their usage time remained the same.
