When queried about the implementation of business messaging during the lifecycle of clients, 44 percent of surveyed companies in Mexico in 2024 cited they used messaging on social networks in the awareness stage. Messaging on social networks was also the most popular method for pre-sale, sale, and post-sale. To keep long-term relationships with their customers, 38 percent of companies preferred to communicate via messaging apps like WhatsApp or Telegram.
