A study published in 2023 found that roughly 12 percent of decision makers at SMEs in the United Kingdom (UK) were willing to pay more for a parcel provider that operates in an environmentally friendly way. However, among respondents employed at an SME, around 13 percent disagreed with the statement, and a further 18 percent strongly disagreed.
