Delivery issues consumers face with Amazon in the UK 2023

According to a 2023 consumer survey, over one-third of shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) had encountered delivery issues when shopping with Amazon. The main issue parcel recipients experienced with Amazon was that the parcel was left in an inappropriate location (10 percent). Furthermore, there were problems with the package delivery being delayed, the delivery person not knocking loud enough or ringing the doorbell, and not having enough time to answer the door.
