Shoppers' attitudes to online returns in the UK 2023

According to a 2023 survey, around 84 percent of online shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK) always check the return policy of retailers before making a purchase. Moreover, approximately 82 percent of consumers held the belief that free returns are the optimal return policy, and three-fifths of shoppers stated that they only buy from e-commerce stores that offer this service.
