During the first half of 2023, Lotte department stores recorded the highest share of their luxury customers being members of the MZ generation (Millennials and Gen Z), at around 45 percent. Among Hyundai department stores, people in their twenties and thirties accounted for roughly 42 percent of luxury consumers.
