As of June 2023, the leading retail category of luggage and leatherware within South Africa and Namibia saw the largest year-on-year growth, at 34 percent. Following this was entertainment and family activities, at 28 percent. Although luxury brands ranked eighth with a portion of 16 percent in growth, the sector had a trading density far exceeding that of all centers combined.
