User satisfaction of online video platforms in China 2022, by content category

A 2022 survey revealed that Tencent Video and Mango TV achieved the highest user satisfaction level. When asked among surveyed TV drama audience, almost two-thirds of respondents stated that they were happy with Tencent Video. On the other hand, Mango TV got the highest confirmation rate among variety show consumers with 62 percent. Content library, streaming speed, and pricing were the top factors influencing user satisfaction level.
