According to a survey on user-generated content conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in August 2023, roughly 61 percent of female respondents answered to consume beauty, health, and wellness-related content. Among men in this survey, this response rate amounted to almost 32 percent. Instead, electronics-related content was more preferred among male respondents with around 48.5 percent stating to consume such content.
