Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ are the most popular OTT streaming platforms in Taiwan. According to a survey conducted in Taiwan in December 2023 and January 2024, about 62 percent of surveyed OTT users used Netflix. Entering the market relatively late in 2021, Disney+ saw the steepest growth compared to its international rivals. Animation Crazy, LiTV and friDay Video were the most successful local OTT video brands.
