According to a survey carried out in Germany in June 2023, a total of approximately 32 percent of respondents stated that they their consumption of hyper-processed foods* decreased or decreased drastically within the last six months. Moreover, a total of about seven percent of respondents stated that their consumption of such products increased or increased drastically.
