Overall, over 40 percent of respondents had not read any digital books whereas only 15 percent of respondents confirmed so for printed books.

The average age of respondents was 17.5 years old. Male respondents accounted for 47.3%. About 65.6% of respondents had a secondary school degree whereas the rest achieved a bachelor degree or above. About 84.1% of respondents were born in Hong Kong.
