U.S. climate change importance 2024, by party

In a survey of U.S. adults in July 2024, around 71 percent of Democratic respondents in the U.S. considered climate change and the environment very important, with an additional 24 percent considering it somewhat important. In stark contrast, only 13 percent of Republican respondents considered climate change and the environment to be very important.
